The launch of Julien Macdonald's collaboration with Mothercare is soon approaching! The collection is called SMILE by Julien and I think this is a very unique pairing because Macdonald's designs are always so luxurious and elaborate, how will this work for toddlers? The collection is made up of 31 pieces, some ready-to-wear casuals and limited occasion wear. I'm so excited to see the occasion wear for the girls and boys because I'm intrigued to see how his creative vision has been adapted for the target audience. The collection is called Smile because "that's the first thing people do when they look at children" - I really like this name and think it will appeal to the majority of mothers!
The editorials for the clothing look adorable! Personally, any brand that uses a child/toddler for promotion instantly grabs my attention because they are so cute!
